5* excellent service and courier quick. Ordered 14.7.22 and delivered 15.7.22. fabulous service, have ordered a few times from Ma Griggs Equestrian, best possible price and good shipping. Goes without saying they are my first port of call for anything i am doing a price and item check. Well done.

Disappointed customer Order went through easily and delivery…
Order went through easily and delivery was excellent so giving 2 starts but I ordered a Hartman umbrella and it’s just an ordinary grey umbrella - no Hartman branding that you would expect on the handle or in the packaging and so I could have bought the same cheaper elsewhere - too much hassle to return
but won’t return and buy again

Unbelievably efficient. Great value. Great product.
I ordered a pair of Barbour boots on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm and they arrived at 11am Monday morning! From Cornwall to Yorkshire! Unbelievably efficient!
The shoes are excellent quality - so there’s no problem there, the fit is as expected, and they were better value than anywhere else and included free express delivery - many others charged between £3.49-£5! Thanks to all involved! Highly recommended ?

Ordering is fine & delivery prompt…
Ordering is fine & delivery prompt although twice told they will arrive on a certain date and they turn up a day earlier.
Returns process is a fiasco with complex and unnecessary online process to log a return. Then you pay for the return at several pounds & then Griggs charge you £3.50 for pleasure of receiving return!
Has put me off ever using this company again and our household do buy a lot of shoes so it will be their loss.

Very poor customer experience
Ordered some Hunter wellies, said they were dispatched then it said they were cancelled. Didn't arrive on the day they were originally meant to, spend ages trying to get through on the phone to no avail. Ended up emailing and they said they cancelled the order as the boots were the last pair and were damaged. They didn't bother contacting me or refunding until I had to be inconvenienced by contacting them. Really poor service. After telling them how disappointed I was with the service they offered 10% off something else but I would not order from a company that gave such bad service again.

Delivery was ok but Barbour dog collar wasn’t quality expected from the brand and was too big anyway. However their returns policy deducts £3.50 from your order which is just plain wrong. If Griggs want to play the online market they should play fair. I will not use them again!

No interest in resolving things that have gone wrong
I have had two separate awful experiences from this company. The first they sent me the wrong item, and wouldn't send the correct item until they had received the return by which time the original was out of stock (that was for a Christmas present). And in the last few days I ordered an item that has arrived faulty and now I have to pay for the return or wait for several weeks while they inspect the item and possibly send a replacement (by which time I'm sure it will be out of stock). I appreciate things can go wrong but there is no effort from this company to make them right or to resolve what has happened. The email responses I've received are clearly cut and paste referring to boots when I've emailed regarding a specific item of clothing. It's not the individual's fault, the responses are polite but clearly no room to actually help. I believe in second chances but I won't be using this company for a third time and risk another terrible experience. I hate to leave bad reviews but I wish someone had warned me of this so hopefully this might help you to choose to shop elsewhere and have a much better experience.

Sent a medium instead of a large.
Order 4040200532624. I need this jacket for a holiday and you sent a medium instead of a large which doesn't remotely fit. I waited in all day to get this!!! There is a ticket in the pocket- not attached to the jacket but sitting in the pocket - that says it's a large. It isn't as is CLEARLY shown on the actual label. Where is the quality check here?? 3rd time in a row an online order from a company has been wrong!! North Face, ebay and now Griggs!! Sick fed up with this incompetence. I have had to order another one so I have decent jacket to wear as God knows how long it would take to get an 'exchange' and if I even could for the same size; even though the one sent was a medium it was marked as a large.
Edit: all sorted thanks to Sharon and Sarah at customer services.

Bought new Timberland shoes, second hand quality arrived
Bought new Timberland boat shoes, and these have arrived with scuffs and marks all over them. They look used and second hand, not new. Very dissapointed.

I would advise others to look at buying directly from the supplier for better guarenteed quality first time round.

I have writted to customer service and waiting for a response.

Fantastic customer service
I purchased a pair of Hunter Wellingtons on-line in December and they developed a fault. I messaged the company and got an immediate response asking me to return them free of charge, which I did on Friday. Today (Tuesday) I’ve received a brand new no quibble replacement. Excellent service - to be commended.

I ordered two Barbour jackets from this company in January via Klarna however one was not sent as it was reportedly not in stock. This was not registered and now I am STILL having to prove that I was not sent the jacket. I have never had issues using Klarna before this company. Will never use again.
